Welcome to the 2026 Charis Alliance Global Prayer Walk—a three-week journey to discover, pray for, and celebrate God’s work through the churches of our global movement.
Our theme is:
Making disciples. Planting churches. Together.
This theme reflects our shared calling, as expressed in the Charis Commitment to Common Mission, to equip and send believers to serve, share their faith, make disciples, train leaders, give generously, and pray for new churches among every people group.
During the first two weeks, we will feature a different Charis Alliance Member Association each day. Each devotional will include:
Four Obstacles that can impede our efforts to plant new churches
Three Prayer Requests for those laboring to plant new churches
Two Interesting Facts about our movement in this country
One Precious Promise as we seek to plant new churches
🙏🏼 Today’s Prayer
We dedicate this first day of prayer to Jesus’ final words to His disciples:
“Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
