Today, we invite you and your church to prayerfully consider a more personal connection with a church planter or new church within the global Charis Alliance.
Introducing The ABC Initiative
Three simple challenges for 3,000 churches:
Adopt a church plant in prayer.
Bless a church plant with spiritual support and material resources.
Collaborate with others to help start a new church.
Imagine how your prayers and support could encourage church planters—and how these partnerships could strengthen your own church!
How Can Your Church Get Involved?
The new website, ABCInitiative.com, helps established churches connect with church planters around the world. When fully developed, it will include information about every church planting effort in our global movement.
To protect those serving in dangerous or restricted areas, access is limited to official church representatives. Ask your lead pastor or another key church leader to register so your church can explore these opportunities.

We invite you to reflect on Paul’s request to the believers in Ephesus:
“To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”
—Ephesians 6:18–20
Paul asked believers to keep praying for all God’s people—and for courage to share the gospel. Pray the same for the hundreds of church planters serving around the world through our movement.
Ask God to:
Give church planters courage and clear words to share the gospel.
Help the ABC Initiative build strong partnerships.
Show your church how to adopt, bless, and support a new church.
